Description
We assess individuals in a thoroughly professional way on behalf of a wide variety of organisations for use either in selection or development.
Providing an interface between clients and psychometric testing companies we:
• Liaise with each candidate to administer the process
• Convert the results into meaningful reports, which involve a detailed debrief with each candidate allowing us to explore real examples
• Identify potential areas of strength, limitation – and motivators
• Use straightforward language; reports can be tailored to suit each clients’ needs
• Deliver this within the agreed timescales
Flexibility and sustainability are crucial in the way we work - candidates can be assessed wherever they are as long as they have internet connections.
