This new position has arisen to provide a generalist support to the Corporate Head Office of a major international hotel group, situated in Hammersmith.
With a head count of 150 personnel, responsibilities will cover the whole spectrum of the employment lifecycle.
Focusing on:
• Resourcing,
• Training and development,
• Succession planning,
• Performance management
• Employee relations
• Monitoring key HR indicators
• Advice to Managers on Human Resource issues
• Liaison with the Global HO in Paris
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be a key member of the HR Management team, assisting in developing best practise and working with cross-company HR projects.
The successful candidate for this role will be a strong all round HR generalist who is comfortable working in partnership with senior stakeholders. Ideally CIPD qualified and with a clear focus on customer facing businesses.
A strong communicator at all levels and will be able to quickly build effective relationships with Senior Management.
Working in this fast paced industry will demand high levels of personal credibility and excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to deliver innovative, business focused solutions
