The Anthony Nolan Trust takes back lives from leukemia by providing lifesaving donors for patients in need of a bone marrow transplant. Since 1974 they have helped to give over 5,800 children and adults a new chance of life. The charity has 180 employees, an income of over £18.5 million and a core register of over 390,000.
The charity is continuing to grow further and is reliant on excellent leadership and professional guidance in all areas of activity. They are now keen to recruit a Head of Human Resources with wide ranging capability to head the work of the human resources team. A key activity will include engagement with all departments within the charity with regards to human resources and training matters and the longer term development of the charity. This is a full generalist role, covering all transactional, operational and strategic areas of HR along with full line management responsibility for the HR team.
We are looking for an experienced (CIPD qualified) HR management professional with a strong track record of delivering best practice and strategic direction with measurable outcomes. Additionally, you will possess the ability to drive change and build strong relationships at all levels.
