RSA’s Learning Management System (LMS) will facilitate global online group access to learning and development programmes.
Reporting to the Head of Group Learning, you will have responsibility for the development and implementation, through technology, of the LMS system and the design and delivery of L&D programmes. Experience working within a global environment is essential; you will act as regional conduit to ensure LMS can be effectively introduced in key regions
You will be responsible for:
• The rollout of the Learning Management System (LMS) globally
• Developing and manage global LMS content
• Identification and introduction of alternative technology to deliver the L&D curriculum globally including web casts and web seminars
• The management of the core curriculum that will be delivered by LMS.
Experience:
• Designing and implementing LMS systems
• Experience of managing L&D suppliers in the development of the LMS
• L&D programmes (online and offline)
• Proven internal and external relationship management skills
• Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
