‘People promise’ helps telecoms firm to pass one million customer mark

A "people promise" for all O2 employees that matches the commitment given to customers has helped the firm go from strength to strength in a highly competitive market, according to its HR director, Ann Pickering.
The telecoms firm, which is currently developing a broadband offering, is offering cash bonuses to all staff if key targets are met, Pickering told the CIPD’s HRD conference in London today.
