Talent management is a global preoccupation

Managing talent is the most critical people issue facing HR departments worldwide, according to a new global study of HR leaders.
The report, Creating People Advantages: how to address HR challenges worldwide through 2015, found that talent management was at the top, or near the top, of executive agendas in almost all of the 83 countries surveyed. To address the issue, HR leaders expect to boost global recruitment and to see an increase in the number of companies moving to new locations to access people.
