Delegates gained some more insights into the CIPD’s flagship research and engagement programme, “Shaping the future – a vision for sustainable high-performance organisations”, which will be the focus of a series of launch activities in the autumn.

This project will investigate how a variety of organisational interventions build sustainable high performance, using action learning and experiential research techniques. It will also collect practical evidence about the contribution made by effective people management and development, together with organisational design and development.
