In a session on ‘Engaging with employers’, Sarah van der Heyden, policy adviser at the CIPD, and Hugh Tollyfield of the Higher Education Funding Council for England, looked at Leitch’s skills vision for 2020.
In particular, they explored the ways in which HR and the CIPD centres can provide the vital link between skills investment and increased productivity.
