Companies should have clear blueprints for dealing with the HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, according to BT.

Justin Hastings, vice-president of HR for BT Global Services, said the telecommunications firm, which has acquired 29 companies globally over the past four years and has just announced it is to acquire two more, has found this approach to be vital to its success.
