A new free CD-Rom for HR professionals helps them to support employees suffering domestic violence.
Domestic violence charity Refuge and the City of London Safer City Partnership created the CD, which looks at how to recognise the warning signs of abuse and how to support staff. It also provides a template for HR managers to create their own policy on helping staff who are victims of domestic violence.
