Businesses acknowledge that they are not doing enough to secure the talent pipeline

Companies will miss out on talent and fail to close the skills gap if they continue to rely on schools to prepare young people for work, research has found.
Over half (52 per cent) of 550 businesses surveyed by the young people’s website b-live said that they do not focus enough on recruiting graduates and school leavers.
