HR professionals are backing prime minister Gordon Brown’s decision to reject trade union demands for a return to secondary strike action, but other union-friendly policies may still be on the cards.
The Labour Party’s national policy forum last month refused trade union calls to relax strike laws, and will not be
including these measures in its next manifesto.
