The numerous problems at British Airways should not be dealt with by a “knee-jerk reaction” from HR, says Tony McCarthy, head of people and organisational effectiveness at BA.
In an exclusive interview with PM, his first since taking the job in November last year, McCarthy maintained that “BA is actually in a very good position, despite the current marketplace”.
