Ban on legal representation at disciplinary hearing not unjust

A male doctor was accused of examining a female patient inappropriately and requested that a lawyer be allowed to represent him at a subsequent disciplinary hearing. The trust refused on the grounds that legal representation was not permitted within its disciplinary procedure
