Legal firm helps its workers to learn about law

A “demystifying the law” development programme for support staff at legal firm Halliwells is boosting employee engagement, according to training and development manager Joanne Edwards.

Edwards developed the programme last year with the College of Law, having joined the firm with no previous legal experience.
