Microsoft has introduced a groundbreaking bonus scheme to reward its external lawyers for hitting diversity targets. The software giant, which has a panel of 17 law firms on its books, will pay a 2 per cent bonus to law firms that improve the diversity of their workforce by a stated percentage.
