Office workers had their footsteps measured and took part in a relay race on space hoppers as part of a health week at internet organisation Nominet.
The not-for-profit body, which registers web domain names in the UK and has 115 staff, held the events as part of a proactive approach to improving staff well-being. Staff were fitted with pedometers and challenged to fit 25,000 footsteps into their working week, a goal more than half achieved. In addition to the space hopper race, other initiatives included massages and picnic outings at lunchtime.
