The UK is losing the war for talent as senior executives look for opportunities overseas to escape the downturn, according to research. A poll of 13,269 European executives by recruitment firm Experteer found that the UK recorded a net executive talent exodus of 8 per cent over the past year, with more executives seeking opportunities overseas than arriving to fill vacancies.
