How passive is your career enhancement strategy? You may hope that someone (your boss, or a headhunter) will manage your career for you. Or you may believe that working hard and keeping your head down will get you recognised. This strategy may have worked in the 1960s, but today it keeps you invisible.
Those who take control of their careers align themselves (instinctively or consciously) with the aims of the organisation.
