Corporate manslaughter

Earlier this year the majority of the provisions of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act came into force.

The CIPD has published an online factsheet, providing an introductory guide to the act. It examines the background to the legislation and explains the new offence of corporate manslaughter within the act, including its likely impact and the consequences of any breach.
