Royal and Caribbean Cruise Lines (RCCL) has boosted its e-learning programme after an “organisational raid” at communications firm Siemens.
The concept of an organisational raid sees HR teams from an assortment of companies visit a firm’s premises and observe its HR processes and practices, exchanging advice and asking questions.
