A military hero who was awarded the George Cross for his actions in Afghanistan is making a fresh start in business with the help of an HR and training specialist.

Matt Croucher, a former lance corporal, was given the prestigious medal when he protected the rest of his squad from the blast of a booby trap by throwing himself on top of a grenade.
