Nearly half of UK employees believe their pay has not kept pace with the rising cost of living. Almost a third consider they do not get paid as much as other people doing similar jobs in other organisations.
The statistics come from a TUC report based on a YouGov poll of more than 2,500 people, which found widespread dissatisfaction among employees.
