Redefining the rules of the generation game
Several popular beliefs exist about what makes different age groups in the workplace tick – the worker in their early twenties who won’t stay long in the same job or organisation, for example, or the loyal baby boomer.
But a study into the ways different generations interact within the workplace has overturned some of these ideas.
