An employment tribunal has upheld the workplace bullying claim in the Gillian Switalski v F&C Asset Management case. The former head of legal affairs at F&C Asset Management, Switalski, had alleged that she was forced out of her £140,000-a-year job in September last year after being bullied and discriminated against by senior management.
