Training to tackle glass ceiling

Female high-flyers in financial services firms are to benefit from a training programme aimed at overcoming the barriers to women’s progression at work.

The programme, Through the Glass Ceiling: training and personal coaching for senior women, will initially assist 15 senior women in under-represented fields, with insurance and building societies marked out as particular priorities.
