Overlooking the importance of aligning learning and development with your organisation’s objectives is a huge mistake. Alignment offers the keys to a veritable treasure chest.
And what treasure is out there waiting to be unearthed? The first, and perhaps most interesting, is deep fulfilment as an L&D professional. Where there is a correlation between your actions and what the organisation is trying to achieve, there is a wholeness to the role and the job is just easier.
