The awarding of accrediting body status by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) has enabled Network Rail to set training and development at consistently high standards for all its employees.

Marc Auckland, head of leadership and performance at Network Rail, told the CIPD’s Talent Management Conference that the organisation is currently converting all its programmes and mapping them against the new external framework.
