Pensions remain the most popular way to save for retirement

Employee confidence in pensions as a way of saving for retirement has increased despite the worsening economic climate.
Worker confidence in pensions has jumped from 3 to 22 per cent this year, with 89 per cent of pension scheme members planning to make no change or increase contributions over the next year, according to the latest survey from the National Association of Pension Funds (NAPF).
