Full speed ahead

When PM asks why Accelerate is different to the myriad other management development initiatives out there, someone pipes up, “It works!” That someone is Manjinder Purewal, who two weeks before had been promoted to a management role she’d been turned down for prior to the programme.

Seated next to Purewal at the Holiday Inn in Kensington is Mikesh Kotak, who was also recently promoted. Kotak credits Accelerate with giving him the confidence to apply for – and win – a job “totally out of my comfort zone”.
