I chose a career in HR because I wanted to marry two elements that were important to me: earning a good living and matching my personal skill set, which is particularly suited to working with people.

Coming to SpinVox has allowed me to put together every aspect of what I have learnt to date. Increasing staff numbers from 50 to 340 over two years and taking the company global has been challenging, but a fantastic opportunity.
