CIPD members’ experiences of mediation feature in a new guide published jointly by the CIPD and Acas.

Mediation: An Employer’s Guide draws on a CIPD member survey on mediation as well as a GfK NOP-commissioned survey of 500 small- and medium-sized enterprises. The guide includes a series of in-depth case studies of organisations that have set up their own mediation schemes from scratch. They include the University of Central Lancashire and West Midlands Police.
