Multinational companies (MNCs) possess great scope to create firm-specific knowledge through the network of global operations. This research provides insights on the extent to which MNCs facilitate organisational learning and promote the effective internal flow of knowledge.
Methodology
A survey of HR practices in MNCs in Ireland, involving 260 interviews with senior HR staff, with a 60 per cent response rate.
