The CIPD is to overhaul its professional standards and routes to membership by the end of this year to reflect the new shape of HR, chief executive Jackie Orme has announced.
The change was one of a raft of measures unveiled by Orme in her maiden speech at the CIPD’s annual conference and exhibition in Harrogate last month.
