HSA survey shows effects of insecurity on attendance

Three-quarters of HR professionals surveyed claim employees are less likely to take time off sick now than they would have been a year ago, because of concerns about keeping their jobs.
The same proportion of 271 HR professionals surveyed by HSA said they were aware of employees continuing to work through incapacity and illness rather than take a day off sick.
