Virtual action learning
The benefits of face-to-face action learning are well documented, but virtual action learning (VAL) appears under-used, despite its ability to bring together geographically dispersed individuals. This study aimed to identify the activity taking place and discover the key enabling factors.
Methodology
A combined literature review, network enquiry and interviews with six practitioners, from which 20 examples were identified.
