Engagement
Leaders have long sought ways to harness the power of their workforce. Research has shown that higher employee engagement is associated with gains in employee retention and performance, customer service and satisfaction, and business performance. This research sought to uncover the aspects of work that drive employee engagement.
Methodology
This inquiry used the WorkTrends database, an annual survey of randomly selected, full-time employees evenly distributed between 14 countries. The sample exceeds 14,000.
