Two different challenges currently facing HR professionals will be discussed at a CIPD forum network meeting in London on 25 February. The half-day meeting will address flexible resourcing and supporting people facing change.
Because less business confidence is making permanent hiring decisions more difficult, many are looking at more flexible ways to meet immediate requirements, for example, interim management. As well as discussing these alternatives, the meeting will feature a case study example on supporting people through organisational transformation.
