HR feels Facebook “fear factor”

HR needs to take advantage of many opportunities presented by Web 2.0 technology, according to a new CIPD report.Concerns about misuse and employee bad behaviour are creating a “Facebook fear factor” which needs to be overcome if firms are to feel the benefits of the technology, says the report, "Web 2.0 and HRM: ‘Groundswell’ or hype?"
