Thirty-two projects expected to share £22m injection
The government has announced £22 million of new European funding to improve employment opportunities in the UK and develop people’s work skills.A total of 32 projects focusing on helping disadvantaged groups back to work are set to receive money from the European Social Fund (ESF) in England. Projects to be funded include those supporting older workers and the long-term unemployed.
