IT firm Peer 1 is offering £1,000 to any new recruit who leaves within two weeks in a drive to retain the best talent. The bonus will be given to any new employee who “doesn’t make the grade” or decides the job is not for them within the first fortnight, on top of accrued wages. It is part of the firm’s expansion from the US and Canada to new European headquarters in Southampton.
