Employees ‘thrive’ after talent is broadened to include everyone
Aviva has “really reaped the benefits” of a new approach to talent management that embraces everyone and not just an elite few, delegates heard. Karen Stefanyszyn, head of organisational development, talent and performance at the insurance group, said the new philosophy, currently being deployed throughout the business, has so far led to 45 per cent of employees that had previously been identified as “languishing” moving into new roles and “thriving”.
