Change UGRs to have a positive effect on the workforce
Drive up productivity by changing the unwritten ground rules (UGRs) of an organisation, HRD delegates were told.
Steve Simpson, director of Keystone Management Services, cited NASA and Enron as bodies that have suffered from unhealthy UGRs.
