A discussion paper on Managing People across Networks has been added to the CIPD website as part of the flagship engagement and research programme Shaping the Future.Based on research conducted at Manchester Business School on behalf of the CIPD and the Department of Health,the paper explores HR issues in organisations that are collaborating with each other through outsourcing, contracting and work in partnership, when boundaries between employers can be blurred.
