Employees turn to alcohol to relieve stress

The CIPD has called on employers to have clear policies on managing alcohol misuse as a survey reveals many workers drink well above the recommended healthy limit.According to the government’s Know Your Limits survey, England’s biggest drinkers are media workers, consuming more than 10 units above the NHS’s recommended weekly average limit.
