4,000 members lose out as defined benefit plan is closed to future accrual

IT services company Fujitsu Services is planning to close its final salary pension scheme for existing staff.
The firm closed its defined benefit plan to new joiners in 2000, but now intends to shut the scheme to further accrual by existing members too.
