A Google computer algorithm that can identify unhappy staff thinking about leaving the company is unlikely to become commercially available, PM has learnt.News of the internally developed computer formula was revealed by the company’s vice president of people operations, Laszlo Bock, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal last week.
