Almost half of UK employers are not planning to take on any school leavers or graduates in the coming year, CIPD research has found.The latest CIPD/KPMG Labour Market Outlook report found that 45 per cent of organisations had frozen recruitment from these groups, suggesting that a difficult few months lie ahead for the 2009 crop of younger talent.
