Head of Goodwin reward committee quits Yell

The head of the remuneration committee responsible for agreeing the £700,000-a-year pension pot for Sir Fred Goodwin, the disgraced RBS head, has quit his role as chairman of Yell.

Bob Scott, a former non-executive director at the Royal Bank of Scotland, said he would not stand for re-election at the Yell’s annual general meeting in July.
