A lack of qualified pharmacists is forcing companies to recruit from abroad, despite rising levels of unemployment in the UK, PM has learnt.Fiona Morgan, HR director of Lloyds Pharmacy, said the industry was lobbying to have private-sector pharmacists added to the occupational-shortage list, which allows employers to bring in workers from outside the European Union under the new points-based immigration system.
